We started as a strictly audio podcast (on iTunes, Mixcloud and our site, ForgetTheBox.net) and then, after about a year, started producing a video version as well. The next step we want to take is a live video podcast using multiple cameras. Our topics are current, so waiting a few days is not the ideal situation.
We have the technical knowhow to pull this off, but the software requires funding. Also, our podcast and site as a whole would greatly benefit from increased revenues. We could fund our Virtual Private Server (currently an out-of-pocket expense), promote our content to a wider audience and, if we raise enough money, give something back to our volunteers (we’re all volunteers, currently).
